Summertime heat often goes well with strong flavors. This Black Garlic Tapenade won’t disappoint you!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peeled Quarter Moon Farm Black Garlic cloves
- 1 cup capers
- 2 cups Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinaigrette from Monadnock Oil & Vinegar Co.
- 1 cup olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Blend all ingredients together either in a food processor, blender, or with a mortar and pestle. Blend quickly for a chunkier texture, or longer if you prefer smooth. Spoon into 8 4-ounce jars and seal Once opened, refrigerate (for 1-2 weeks).
Use as a dip on crackers or bruschetta, spread it on your favorite sandwich, or spoon it onto homemade breads. Enjoy!
