Looking for a way to make vegetables more interesting? It’s so easy when you just add a splash of Black Garlic Vinaigrette and black garlic cloves from Quarter Moon Farm.
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons peanut oil
- 4 ounces fresh or frozen (thawed) broccoli
- 2 Tablespoons Quarter Moon Farm Black Garlic Vinaigrette
- 4 cloves Quarter Moon Farm Black Garlic, chopped
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in small frying pan until quite hot.
- Cut broccoli into medium-sized florets and add to pan.
- Stir quickly to sear broccoli.
- Add Black Garlic Vinaigrette and chopped Black Garlic.
- Stir constantly for about one minute.
- Salt to taste, if you wish.
- Serve immediately so broccoli keeps its ‘snap.’
The addition of the vinaigrette and chopped black garlic works equally well on seared cauliflower. They’re so delicious like this — you’ll never want to eat them any other way!
