Once you’ve had Black Garlic Hummus, you won’t go back to what you’ve had before! Guaranteed to be a standard, this Hummus is so tasty that you’ll always want to keep some in your refrigerator. Couple with veggies, crackers, pita, or whatever your favorite foundation is for a magnificent spread!
Ingredients
2 cans of chickpeas
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup sesame tahini or to your liking
- Red pepper to taste
Directions
- Blend well adding 1/4 cup ice cold water.
- Slightly blend in 1/2 to three-quarter cup of black garlic.
To give your hummus some extra zip, decorate edges with homemade or store bought salsa. Put a few cloves of black garlic in the middle Enjoy!
